No.1 location. Next; super friendly staff, clean, quiet room, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. I stay here fairly often and this time it was even better, no noisy guests in adjoining room. Thank you considerate guests in the corridors. People are trying to sleep. Got the hang of the shower now so no cold surprises when it switches from hand to overhead drench! Also, environmentally friendly shower gels etc in larger containers, perfume not too bad. A big shout out to super reception staff who helped us with our luggage beforehand and room booking, very much appreciated. Excellent breakfast range of foods and decent bread. Top tip: Don't use the sliced bread by the toaster, cut a slice yourself from the decent loaves by the croissants. Also, tea and coffee are brought to you, for refills you may need to flag down a waiter/waitress. Plenty of staff on hand last time on a busy Sunday.

The whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was excellent. The front-of-house staff were engaged and attentive, as were the waiting and bar staff. Design-wise, the hotel is a "visual overload" and a fun place to be, and the staff reflected this, at least for my visit. My room was generous and comfortable, with nice towels, toiletries, and a good shower. Breakfast was buffet style - precisely cooked, piping hot and with good coffee served to the table. I was "in and out" as I had to leave on business early that morning - the staff noticed I'd come and gone quickly and made a point of checking that I was happy with everything (I was, I had a Eurostar to catch). On that note, it's a great location for the Eurostar - just a couple of minutes' walk to the concourse.

Never heard of the name Pullman before. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Expensive but worth it. Location was perfect, next to St Pancras and the British Library. Several restaurants and fast food outlets nearby (McDonald's, Nando's). Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. Big room, cleaned everyday. Lovely hot water in the shower. Lot of activity outside at night but quite in the room. Large, comfortable double bed. Appreciated the absence of interconnecting door. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Our room was on the first floor. Surprised and amazed to see Ladies and Gents in the corridor on this floor. Friendly staff. Raining slightly one day and were given an umbrella to borrow by one charming member of staff. Hotel, highly recommended.

I have terminal cancer and live in Newcastle upon Tyne. I travelled down to be all day at UHCL on a chemotherapy trial drug for palliative treatment to hopefully lengthen my life esp with 3 young kids and husband who I am so determined not to leave. I felt really tired and nauseated on arrival at 6:30pm and begged for an upgrade - which I successfully granted room 1010 from a room that cost £280. The view was great. It was quiet - I slept so well and then the breakfast was amazing- perfect for someone with nausea and exhaustion- so much choice. I am coming back next week 25th Feb so will book and hope for an upgrade as I get a limit for expenses and this is just at my limit to stay overnight and

Breakfast was superb! There was a wide spread, and breakfast was in a comfortable area with lovely design. The hotel gave us a lovely welcome with a handwritten card and 3 small cakes, that made us feel so welcome (especially as we spent 4 hours on train from Wales). Walking distance 8 minutes from either Euston or King Cross tube station and great view of London from lift lobby at hotel room floor (we stayed at level 14). The gym was great with similar awesome view, and had apples and drinking water, with 24 hours access.
